"Angel of Music"
With pleading eyes, that both threaten
yet adore, how can there be anything at
all - to abhor?
As his cape of black silk flows behind him,
he appears to her...when light is neither
bright nor dim.
In the deep catacombs, he hides away from
the outside world's cruelities, as well as the
garish light of day.
He opens up his heart and shows her his own
world in the darkness, and gets what? Denied,
betrayed. Not exactly the results he wanted to
end up with.
He wallowed in blood, but that - simply that, was
what denied him in the end. The great joys of the
flesh.
Pitiful creature of endless night; what kind of life
have you always known? What kind of inner demons
do you have to fight? Let my inner strength and my
courage show you, you are not alone.
He's there, in a place that I can find, the infamous
Phantom of the Opera...inside my mind.
